Typically, despatched next working day and should be delivered in 3-5 days.

During busy periods despatch may be 5-7 working days.

Returns and Refunds Policy
​
We are happy to accept a return if you change your mind, as long as the item is still in perfect, un-used condition, with original packaging, and alongside proof of purchase.

Please email us if you wish to arrange a return, and we will guide you through the returns process and address to return the item to.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If you everything is ok and the return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and funds will be returned to your original method of payment.

For any returns, our normal refund policy is to return from 28 days of purchase.
You will be responsible for paying for costs of returning your item.
​
Delivery costs are non-refundable.
Please send any items using a trackable shipping service and retain the tracking number for proof of purchase. For any orders over £50, please consider using a postal insurance
Returning Faulty Items
In the unlikely occasion you receive a faulty item, please email us with clear images and a description of the fault, plus proof of purchase, to jovial-l.help@outlook.com and we will do our best to resolve with you.
